How do I get started?
Getting started is simple! Just visit our homepage, select your files, enter your email address, and accept our terms. No registration required - you can start sharing files immediately.
Do I need to create an account?
No account creation is required! We believe in keeping things simple. Just provide your email address when uploading files so we can send you and your recipients the download links.
File Sharing & Limits
What's the maximum file size I can upload?
There's no hard limit on file size! Whether you're sending 5GB or 500GB, Aerofile can handle it. Our infrastructure is built to support unlimited file sizes, making us perfect for large video files, architectural drawings, or any other big files you need to share.
How long are files stored?
Files are automatically stored for 30 days - that's 4x longer than most competitors who only offer 7 days. After 30 days, files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers for your security and privacy.
Can I upload multiple files at once?
Yes! You can select and upload multiple files in a single transfer. All files will be bundled together and your recipients will receive one download link to access all files.
What file types are supported?
We support all file types! Whether it's documents, images, videos, audio files, archives, or any other format, you can share it through Aerofile. We don't restrict or modify your files in any way.

When do I need to pay?
Payment is only required for files larger than 200MB. For smaller files, our service is completely free. When payment is needed, you'll be prompted to pay before your files are processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor Stripe. All payments are processed securely and we never store your payment information.

Is my data secure?
Absolutely! All files are encrypted with SSL during upload, storage, and download. We use enterprise-grade security measures including strict access controls, regular security audits, and end-to-end encryption to protect your data.

Where are my files stored?

What data do you collect?
We only collect the minimum data necessary: your email address (for sending download links) and IP address (for security and technical service provision). We don't track, profile, or mine your data.
Can I delete my files early?
Files are automatically deleted after 30 days, but if you need them removed earlier, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. We believe you should have full control over your data.

What happens if my upload fails?
If an upload fails, you can simply try again. Our system is built to handle interruptions and will resume uploads where they left off when possible.
How fast are uploads and downloads?
We use a global network with fast endpoints to ensure optimal upload and download speeds. Speed will depend on your internet connection, but our infrastructure is optimized for large file transfers.
Can I use Aerofile on mobile devices?
Yes! Our service works on all devices including smartphones and tablets. The interface is responsive and optimized for mobile use, so you can share files on the go.
Do you have an API?
We're currently focused on our web interface, but API access may be available in the future. If you have specific integration needs, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
How Does Aerofile Compare?
How is Aerofile different from WeTransfer?
WeTransfer requires a €23/month subscription for files over 2GB, while Aerofile charges only €1.99 for files up to 50GB. We also store files for 30 days vs WeTransfer's 7 days.
